In this class we discussed the background of Tort law and negligence in particular.  We also discussed vicarious liability and the case of Christensen v. Swenson.

In this class we discussed the nature of negligence as a way of determining liability, or responsibility, for injuries, and contrasted negligence with strict liability.  The case discussed was Hammontree v. Jenner.
