I am looking forward to meeting you at our first class on August 18.  At this class, we will discuss the coming semester and get to know one another.  We will also discuss our first case, so please read pages 1-17 in our casebook, Tort Law and Alternatives, 8th edition, Foundation Press, Franklin and Rabin, eds.
